B. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify My City Rental immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

C. Termination of Account: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

4. User Conduct and Content
A. Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:
* Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or deceptive.
* Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

D. No Endorsement: My City Rental does not endorse any content posted by users and specifically disclaims any liability concerning user-generated content.

5. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MY CITY RENTAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My City Rental, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
